At True Tone Aussies, we understand how important it is for your puppy to arrive safely, comfortably, and stress-free. Whether you are collecting your puppy in person, arranging delivery, or meeting us at an agreed location, we aim to make the process smooth and reassuring for every family.

Puppy Pickup

Families are welcome to collect their Australian Shepherd puppy in person by appointment.

Before any visit or puppy pickup is scheduled, a refundable £500 deposit must be paid to confirm your reservation and appointment.

This helps us:

  • Secure your chosen puppy
  • Schedule pickup arrangements
  • Avoid missed appointments
  • Ensure serious inquiries only

The deposit will be applied toward the final puppy balance at pickup.

Delivery Information

We also offer safe puppy delivery options across the UK for families who are unable to collect their puppy in person.

For deliveries, the full puppy balance must be paid before transportation is arranged.

We work with experienced and reliable pet transportation professionals who specialize in safe animal travel and puppy care throughout the journey.

Safe & Comfortable Puppy Travel

Your puppy’s safety and comfort are extremely important to us.

Our delivery partners:

  • Use secure and comfortable travel arrangements
  • Ensure puppies are monitored during transport
  • Prioritize health, safety, and wellbeing throughout the journey

Our puppies are also introduced to crate training early, which helps make travel easier and less stressful.

A trained pet transport nanny and veterinary professional may accompany the journey to ensure your puppy remains comfortable and well cared for during transportation.

Puppy Tracking & Updates

Once delivery arrangements are confirmed and your puppy is registered for transport, you will receive:

  • Delivery confirmation
  • Estimated arrival details
  • Departure updates
  • A tracking number for monitoring your puppy’s journey

This allows you to stay informed and prepared for your puppy’s arrival.

Meetups & Transfer Arrangements

In some cases, we may also arrange agreed meetup locations for puppy handovers depending on distance and scheduling availability.

Please note:

  • A refundable £500 deposit is still required before meetup arrangements are confirmed
  • Remaining balances and transfer details must be completed before the scheduled meetup
