At True Tone Aussies, we want the process of welcoming your new Australian Shepherd puppy home to feel exciting, simple, and stress-free. We genuinely care about our puppies and the families they go to, which is why we take the time to make sure every puppy is matched with a loving and prepared home.

Step 1 — Find Your Puppy

Start by exploring our Available Puppies page to view our current Australian Shepherd puppies for sale in the UK.

We may have:

  • Blue Merle Australian Shepherd puppies
  • Red Merle Australian Shepherd puppies
  • Black Tri puppies
  • Mini Australian Shepherd puppies

Each puppy listing includes photos, details, and availability information.

Step 2 — Contact Us

Once you find a puppy you are interested in, contact us through our Contact Us page to ask questions about the puppy, availability, delivery options, or reservations.

We are always happy to help you choose the right puppy for your family and lifestyle.

Step 3 — Complete A Puppy Application

To begin the reservation process, we may ask you to complete our Puppy Application form.

This helps us learn more about:

  • Your home environment
  • Previous dog experience
  • Lifestyle and activity level
  • The type of puppy you are looking for

Our goal is to ensure every puppy goes to a safe, loving, and prepared home.

Step 4 — Reserve Your Puppy

Once your application is approved and you are ready to move forward, a refundable £500 deposit is required to reserve your puppy.

The deposit:

  • Secures your chosen puppy
  • Confirms pickup or delivery arrangements
  • Prevents double reservations
  • Will be applied toward the final puppy balance

Please note:

  • Deposits are required before visits, pickups, or meetup arrangements
  • For delivery services, full payment must be completed before transportation is arranged

Step 5 — Pickup, Meetup, Or Delivery

We offer several options for bringing your puppy home.

Puppy Pickup

Families are welcome to collect their puppy in person by appointment.

Meetup Arrangements

Depending on location, meetup options may also be available.

UK-Wide Delivery

We can arrange safe puppy delivery across the UK through experienced pet transportation professionals.

Our delivery partners focus on:

  • Safe travel
  • Comfortable transportation
  • Puppy wellbeing during travel
  • Regular journey updates

Once delivery is confirmed, you may receive tracking information and estimated arrival updates.

Step 6 — Bringing Your Puppy Home

Before your puppy arrives, we recommend preparing:

  • Puppy food
  • Food and water bowls
  • A crate or puppy bed
  • Toys and chew items
  • Collar and lead
  • Puppy-safe space at home
